The latest food hygiene ratings have been released for February - with all inspected Watford eateries getting a clean bill of health.

Ten restaurants, two pubs and four takeaways scooped 5/5 'very good' ratings after environmental officers visited without notice.

Inspectors assessed them on three categories: hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and building, and the management of food safety.

The scores are added together to give a rating between zero and five, with the lowest meaning 'urgent improvement necessary' and the highest 'very good'. See the latest 5/5 eateries below.

The results means 149 of 223 eateries assessed in Watford have 5/5 scores, a 1 per cent increase on January.

Only five have been graded 1/5 or 'major improvement necessary', and none received the lowest score.
