A lane will be closed on a major Rickmansworth roundabout for almost two weeks as workmen install scaffolding around the former Comet headquarters.
Three Rivers District Council has been told the developers want to turn Swan House, formerly known as Comet House, in Homestead Road, into 59 homes.
But a lane will be closed on the roundabout where Park Road, Chorleywood Road and the A412 join as scaffolding is erected around this building.
A lane will also be closed on the approach to the roundabout from Park Road.
Workmen are expected to be on site for almost two weeks while the work is done.
