There is still time to nominate unsung heroes in Watford.
Shopping centre owners intu Watford is seeking final nominations for the annual Watford Local Hero Award.
The award aims to celebrate unsung local heroes by inviting people to recognise their contribution towards the lives of individuals, or the work of charities and community projects.
The winner will turn on the intu Watford Christmas lights on Thursday, November 12 and will receive a £500 gift voucher to spend in the centre.
Nominations for the 2015 award close on Sunday and can be sent by email at watford.hero@intu.co.uk.
The winner will be announced on Monday, November 2.
Last year, Rio Woolf was crowned Watford's hero.
