Thursday, November 19

Jamie Leigh Stewart, 32, of Adams Court, Cezanne Road, Watford. On April 11, 2015, assaulted a woman by beating her. Restraining order made. On same date, damaged a Blackberry Z30 mobile phone to the value of £175. Fine, compensation, costs: £1,265.

Martine Prazer, 44, of Braham Crescent, Leavesden. Between May 1, 2014, and January 31, 2015, persistently sent a message which she knew to be false for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another. Community order made. Have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months. Compensation, costs: £1,300.

Anwar Mohammed Miah, 34, of Rickmansworth Road, Watford. On September 3, 2015, stole DVDs belonging to HMV stores. On September 12, 2015, stole DVDs belonging to HMV stores. Community order made. Be under curfew for four weeks. Compensation, costs: £134.

Anwar Mohammed Miah, 34, of Rickmansworth Road, Watford. On October 16, 2015, having entered Meat and Shake as a trespasser stole a rucksack containing a wallet, £60 cash and a British passport. Community order made. Be under curfew for four weeks. Compensation, costs: £325.

Mohammed Armen Khan, 35, of Durban Road, Watford. On April 6, 2015, used a vehicle whilst using a hand-held mobile telephone. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.

Adnan Mustafa, 20, of St Georges Road, Watford. On May 8, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £295. Three penalty points.

Michael Edward Gibson, 61, of Heathfield Road, Bushey. On March 10, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £255. Three penalty points.

Monday, November 23

Jonie Delaruc C Duran, 35, of Codicote Drive, Garston, Watford. On September 24, 2015, used a vehicle while disqualified from driving. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months. Carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance. Costs: £315.

Neil Malcolm Radley, 60, of Grove Crescent, Croxley Green, Rickmansworth. Between January 14, 2015, and February 2, 2015, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £1,030. Six penalty points.

Dylan Raymond Stewart, 23, of Lemonfield Drive, Watford. On May 5, 2015, assaulted a man by beating him. Fine, compensation, costs: £1,690.

Lisa Tracey Small, 51, of Cloisters Court, The Cloisters, Watford. On April 6, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £255. Three penalty points.
