The public toilets in Cassiobury Park have been vandalised just days after they were refurbished.
The facilities were smashed up on Tuesday afternoon between 4.30pm and 6pm.
Watford Borough Council had just spent £3,000 improving the facilities while the other two toilet blocks in the park are refurbished during the park's £6.6m restoration.
Anyone with information should contact police on their non-emergency number 101.
