Several Watford-based Sapphire members starred at the Hertfordshire Gymnastics Association’s club teams competition in Stevenage.
In the level five group, Tegan Hodson-Little scored 43.15 to help the Sapphire team to the gold medal.
Sapphire had two sides at level three and Jessie Boad, Tilly Hedges and Ondine Achampong, members of Sapphire One, performed well and came home in first place. Sapphire Two had Lauren D’Costa from Rickmansworth in their line-up and they all performed well to win the bronze medal.
At level two, Lauren Matthews and Boad’s older sister Ellie competed well, bringing the Sapphire Two team home for a silver medal.
Hollie Ofori-Sampong was in action as a guest at level four and scored an excellent 45.95.
