Watford Harriers impress at county Veterans Cross Country Championships
Watford Harriers boasted a number of impressive finishes at the Herts with Middlesex County Veterans Cross Country Championships.
Julian Critchlow finished second in the V40 8,000m race with a time of 30.12, winning the V50 title. Paul Edwards came second overall.
Matt Adcock’s time of 31.36 saw him home in second in the same race to finish third in the V40 category. Tony Reynolds finished 11th in 37.52 to take third place in the men’s V70.
In the women’s 6,500m race, Angela Trussler was just beaten into second with a time of 30.11, enough to win the V35 trophy.
