Watford face paying a five-figure fine after being charged by the FA for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the Hornets' 1-1 draw at Bournemouth on Saturday.
The alleged breach of FA Rule E20 is in relation to the Golden Boys' players surrounding referee Michael Oliver following his decision to award the Cherries' a controversial spot kick in the 82nd minute.
Under the FA's Standard Penalty system the Golden Boys face paying a fine of £20,000.
Watford have refused to comment on the charge. The Hornets have until 6pm on Monday to respond to the FA's ruling.
