Watford defender Craig Cathcart's Northern Ireland will take on Wales in their Euro 2016 second round tie this weekend.

Northern Ireland finished third in their group after losing 1-0 to Germany on Tuesday but the side still advanced to the knockout stages due to the expanded format.

Michael O'Neill's team progressed as one of the best third-placed teams and Republic of Ireland's victory over Italy confirmed Northern Ireland would face Wales.

The sides will meet in Paris on Saturday afternoon with the clash kicking off at 5pm.

Cathcart has started all three games at the tournament for Northern Ireland as they progressed after a 2-0 win over Ukraine.

Watford will also be represented by Valon Behrami in the second round with Switzerland taking on Poland in Saint-Etienne at 2pm on Saturday.
