Herts Police have put out a wanted appeal relating to a man who allegedly dodged court over an attempted theft.
This afternoon (April 22), the force added an image of John Stokes to its album of wanted people.
The 21-year-old is wanted for failing to attend St Albans Magistrates' Court for attempted theft from a shop, police confirmed.
The only information on where he may be that police shared is that he was previously known to frequent the West Hyde area of Rickmansworth.
Relevant information can be reported with the reference number 41/10334/23.

Darren Lane
It comes three days after a separate appeal for a 50-year-old who is known to visit the area around Watford.
On April 17, Herts Police shared an image of Darren Lane, who remains wanted for failing to attend St Albans Magistrates’ Court for possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.
The force added that "he is known to frequent Central and West Watford areas”.
Information about where he is or has been can be shared with police with the reference number 41/10553/24.
